Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages people visit, how they arrived, which buttons they choose, and whether they start a Review, send a Contact message, or open scheduling. We may also use the Meta Pixel to understand website activity and to measure and improve advertising.

We use this information to understand overall website activity and improve the experience. We do not send your Business Review conversation, Review content, name, email, phone number, or Contact message to Google Analytics or to Meta through the Pixel.

These services may receive technical information about a visit, such as the page address, how you arrived, and device or browser information. Google Analytics may use analytics cookies or browser identifiers.

Business Review conversations

If you chat about your business, we store the conversation, the structured understanding we build from it, and your Business Review so we can provide that Review and continue the conversation if you return in the same browser session.

Authorized people at Willow & Wired may read a conversation to provide the Review, help you, check quality, improve the experience, and understand recurring business needs.

Please do not enter passwords, financial account credentials, health records, or other highly sensitive information.

Contact

If you use the Contact form, we receive your name, email, optional business name, and message so we can reply. That correspondence is handled as ordinary business email, not as analytics.

Scheduling

Schedule with Chris uses Cal.com. Cal.com collects what it needs to book the meeting. If you schedule after a Business Review, we may keep a scheduling record linked to that Review so Chris has the right context. Direct bookings without a Review are kept in Cal.com.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to host the site and Business Review service, send Contact email, protect forms from automated abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile), run scheduling (Cal.com), and generate the Business Review with an AI provider. They process information only to provide those services.

How long we keep information

We generally expect to keep Business Review conversations, structured business information, and Review documents for about 12 months. Automatic deletion is not yet implemented. If you would like a conversation removed sooner, email hello@willowandwired.com.

Booking and customer records are kept as ordinary business records.

We use limited technical information to protect the service from abuse. We aim to keep this operational information only as long as reasonably needed for that purpose.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No website or internet service can promise complete security.

To ask what we have, ask us to delete a Business Review conversation, or ask a privacy question, email hello@willowandwired.com. We will review the request and respond.
